Founder & President

Hakeem Mustapha Olatunji is the founder and president of G12 Football Club, a youth football academy established in 2016 with a vision to discover, develop and inspire the next generation of football talent in Nigeria. Driven by a passion for the game and youth development, he has built G12 FC into a platform where discipline, education, character and sporting excellence go hand in hand. His commitment to creating opportunities for young players continues to shape the club's mission of developing athletes who can compete successfully both locally and on the international stage.

Director of Football

Olusanjo Olutayo serves as Director of Football at G12 FC, overseeing player development, tactical discipline and competitive excellence across the club. He also doubles as the team's head coach, working directly with the squad on the training ground. Passionate about nurturing young talent, he is committed to helping every player reach their full potential while promoting teamwork, professionalism and a winning mentality both on and off the pitch.

Our Story

Built On Lagos Island, Built For The Long Run

G12 Football Club was established in September 2016 on Lagos Island, Lagos State, with one goal: to build a genuine pathway for grassroots talent. From day one, the club has focused on structured training, discipline and exposure for young footballers who might otherwise never be seen.

Today G12 FC competes as a semi-professional side in Nationwide League One and has taken part in national playoffs including the President Federation Cup, developing players who have gone on to feature for club and country. Every training session — the ones you can watch live right here on the homepage — is part of that same mission.
