Reflecting on Our 2026 Lagos FA Cup Journey

The 2026 Lagos FA Cup may be over, but the memories, lessons, and experiences from our campaign will remain an important part of G12 FC's journey.

Our run in the competition came to an end following a narrow 1-0 defeat to Oga Boys. While the result was disappointing, it did not define our campaign.

Throughout the tournament, our players displayed courage, determination, discipline, and an unwavering fighting spirit against every opponent.

Every match provided an opportunity for our young talents to grow, gain valuable experience, and showcase the G12 FC identity. The campaign also highlighted the progress the club continues to make as we pursue excellence both on and off the pitch.

We are immensely proud of every player, coach, and member of the technical team whose dedication made this journey possible. We also extend our heartfelt appreciation to our supporters, partners, and everyone who stood behind us throughout the competition. Your encouragement continues to inspire us.

Although our Lagos FA Cup adventure has come to an end, our season continues with renewed determination. We remain focused on our league campaign and the challenges ahead as we continue working towards our long-term goals.
